For over 20 years, Quality First Air Conditioning has been proudly serving the air conditioning, duct work, and indoor quality needs of residential, commercial, and construction customers in Palm Beach and Broward counties. Don’t forget that we service and install pool heaters as well! Our

Our staff is highly trained and experienced, with in-depth knowledge about all leading air conditioning manufacturers including Carrier, Rheem, Goodman, Trane, Lennox, Ruud, American Standard, Mitsubishi, and many others. Of course, we are fully licensed and insured.
We believe in giving back to the community in sponsoring a number of local athletic teams as well as certain area private and public Schools, Synagogues and Churches.
Company Leadership:
Bret Boehly – General Manager
Bret became part of Quality First Air Conditioning after a 20+ year career in Corporate America where he led B2B teams across the U.S. in the enterprise software space. The main reason for his transition was to minimize business travel and be able to spend more time with his wife and 4 kids (and 2 dogs!). His main areas of focus with QFAC are Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, and creating a great place to work for all current and future team members. Bret earned his MBA from George Mason School of Business and his BS in Consumer Economics from the University of Maryland, where he was a four-year letterman in football.
Troy Botts – Sr. Vice President of Field Operations
Troy has been the driving force behind QFAC’s growth and stellar reputation in the South Florida marketplace over the last 20+ years. His approach with all projects – residential, commercial, and construction – is to treat the property like it was his own and add value in providing unparalleled knowledge and industry experience. He oversees the QFAC field operations and ensures that each project is done with the highest degree of quality and craftmanship. Troy is a born and raised South Florida native and lives in Palm Beach County with his wife and 2 kids and has his State of Florida Class A Mechanical license as well as a variety of other industry certifications. After hours, you may see Troy cruising around in one of his classic cars.
